Domestic Shipping

Orders will be shipped anywhere from three to seven business days, once order is processed. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. All items are shipped from New York through the United States Postal Service. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

International Shipping

After processing, orders will be shipped anywhere from two to seven business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. All items are shipped from New York through the United States Postal Service. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is shipped. Tracking will not update once your order leaves the United States.

Sales Tax

Sugar NY is based out of New York. Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping within New York State.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit card payments.

Ordering

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order. Another confirmation email including tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out. Please note that if any items are on backorder you will be notified. Your shipment may be split into multiple packages with different shipping dates and tracking numbers. You will only be charged one flat rate. There is no extra shipping fee for backorder packages.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns but you can exchange your item for online store credit. To make an exchange, please email info@shopsugarny.com with your name, order number, the items requested to be exchanged and the reason for the exchange. Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the package delivery date.
Once your request is processed, you will be sent a pre-paid return label to be used to send back your item within the 30 days. Items must be sent back in order to receive store credit. Once we have received your package, credit will appear in your account and will be deducted from the total of your next purchase. Online credit does not expire and any credit you do not use will stay in your account. Remaining credit will be deducted from the total of your next purchase.
